These terms regulate all users of pirose.com. They will be valid for all your future transactions with PIROSE and visits to pirose.com. These conditions regulate the sales of our products by pirose.com to private individuals. PIROSE reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.
Our trade marks are PIROSE name and logo. These trademarks can be used or registered in others countries and your use of this web site does not give you any rights to use our trademarks.
All information saved at www.pirose.com is not for selling or using for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. PIROSE makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.

Prices and Payments
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal and bank transfers. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information about import taxes.
Exchanges and Returns
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. The PIROSE webstore cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to PIROSE. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will the original shipping costs for delivering your order. VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in PIROSE webstore’s instructions, which will be e-mailed to you in such case. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at other stores than the webstore.
Delay of Delivery
PIROSE guarantees to send all orders within 5 working days after receiving the payment. Delivery of the order can be delay because of the post office reasons.

PIROSE products may contain ingredients that cannot be imported into some countries. Please check with your local customs. PIROSE will NEVER be held responsible for import-issues that arise from placing an order in our webstore.
Violations of Rules
PIROSE reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
